Actually, it's apparently a debt collection agency.  That doesn't mean they are on the up and up, but it's apparently an actual debt collection agency.

Sunday is not considered a normal business day for every kind of business. It depends on the business and the particular company. For example, you usually can't get hold of your doctor's business office on over the weekend.  Also, many insurance agencies limit the hours they are open or limit the hours they are open for certain things.  Banks also often limit what they do over the weekend or limit their hours.  For example, if you buy something over the weekend, your bank might not post it until the following Monday or Tuesday.

So then I can take it from your post that Sundays are normal business days for those other types of business.  Also, is there any law that would preclude your Doctor or your Insurance Agency from working on a Sunday?  No there isn't anymore,  and if there happens to still be one on the books they are not enforced.  What you are referring is the personal choice of those businesses to be closed on certain days.  There is nothing preventing them from being open.  There are indeed some banks and credit unions open on Sunday as well.
