I'm guessing you didn't bother to read any of the informative posts that tell you how to deal with this?

This "company" has sooooo many phone numbers, it would be a full-time job to keep on top of blocking them all because another dozen spring up everyday.  So instead, I have every phone number from PRA forward back to the last number that called.  I haven't received a phone call from PRA with an actual person at the other end in months, since I started doing this.  They still call, but they aren't getting a human on the line.
