Same here.  About the same time.  Said they were from IRS and last chance, lawsuit too.
Called back the number and got an error code: 089T  from the phone company!

got the same problem but I wasn't home. So they left a voice mail. Can't tell what the ID shows. Anyway I didn't call back.. so I guess this is fake right?
