ACE INDUSTRIES!!!!!! THEY HAVE CALLED WITH 8 DIFFERENT PHONE NUMBERS! I HAVE FILED A COMPLAINT WITH THE FCC AND THEN THEY (ACE) JUST CALL WITH A NEW NUMBER! IN THE 2 1/2 YEARTS THAT WE TOOK OVER THIS BUSINESS WE HAVE NEVER DEALT NOTHING WITH THEM! THEY DON'T GET IT THAT THERE ARE DIFFERENT OWNERS AND WE DO NOT WANT THEIR STUFF OR WHATEVER IT IS THEY ARE TRYING TO SELL! We have been getting calls from this number..finally got the fellow to give me his name, said it was Jack from Ace Tools then hung up on me.  Very rude guy!!

A call from this number saying they had received an order from someone in our our company with a name unknown to us. When asked for the business name, he replied Ace Industrial Supply (ies?). He rattled off our phone # and address and claimed again that there was an order placed by our company and asked the name of who might have placed it. After realizing he wasn't going to get any further, he asked for my name and hung up, then called back to ask for my title.  Wanna bet there's another phone call coming?!  Not a reputable way to do business.

Just got  a call at work from this number 818-252-1981. The guy asked for "The Owner", which means he's fishing for info. I asked him his name, he said Dan and I asked him what this was in reference to and he said, "It's a sales call. I'm selling myself, how am I doin?", as he spoke in a very nonchalant manner, chewing gum during the call. Then he followed with, "I'm going to send out a catalog, can you verify your address.", which he then gave the correct address and I said "Yes." Then he asked who he sends it attention to (again, trying to fish), and I said to just put it in the name of our company only.

This company called yesterday to discuss the possibility of my company purchasing some items that i  use often.  The salesman did not speak very proffesionaly and spoke quite quickly to hide the fact that the so called "Free Samples" were not so "Free".  My assumtions were correct, and the next day a different rep called to verify my order, but when I asked what the total would be, all ashe said "In a rude tone", the price for each product, and then proceeded to make the comment, "WHAT, you thought they were FREE?".  I quickly explained to her that the saleman miss-represented himself and I want no part in their product, or business.

She was rude and hung up.  If comanies like this expect to succeed in this economy, they better re-think how they go about gaining trust with potential new clients.
