I constantly reciever calls from this number more than 3 sometimes more times a day everyday . I am very close to getting the law invovled .

Get calls from this number every day past few days.  They indicate they are calling from Citicorp and then reference, Chase or today it was Sears.  They ask for someone by name then provide prompts if this is not that number.  Finally when I indicate wrong number being called they ask me to wait for a representative and then I get the message that all reps are busy please call back.

Were experiencing exactly what's reported by jbl above:

We've been getting several calls each day from this number the past couple of weeks. They're asking for a person we've never heard of who presumably has a Sears account. Although you can enter codes if the person they're looking for isn't at your number, the system kicks you out after you've done this, telling you that there "unfortunately aren't any citicorp operators available at this time; please call back".

We've tried calling back both the number shown in Caller ID for this call and the number they give for callbacks. Both numbers are always busy - there's simply no way to remove yourself from these endless callbacks.

This Number keeps showing upon my caller ID, in the course of 1 week this # appears 15 times. It is getting on my nerves and they should at least leave a message on the answering machine.

Calls my home number at least 5x/day.  Does not leave message.  When I answer a robot says it's calling for Sears account.  Gives option to talk to CS. When that option is chosen it says all of CS is busy and to call back and gives a different number.  I will not call the other number but there doesn't appear any way to get a live person from the recieved phone call.  We don't even have a Sears account
