Were experiencing exactly what's reported by jbl above:
We've been getting several calls each day from this number the past couple of weeks. They're asking for a person we've never heard of who presumably has a Sears account. Although you can enter codes if the person they're looking for isn't at your number, the system kicks you out after you've done this, telling you that there "unfortunately aren't any citicorp operators available at this time; please call back".
We've tried calling back both the number shown in Caller ID for this call and the number they give for callbacks. Both numbers are always busy - there's simply no way to remove yourself from these endless callbacks.
