Max Lara contacted my business and when I told them I was working with another settlement company. Max said they are the same company. I contacted my rep to find out if this is true only to be told they are in direct competition and not affiliated with the company I am working with. I researched Max's company only to find out his company is a complete scam and full of liars. Their business owner does not even use his legal name. Their are many disturbing remarks on 800 notes. The BBB has lots of complaints for billing issues. I would never do business with a company like them. Max do not call my company and stop lying.

I received a call on Wednesday, April 21st around 11:30 am from someone identifying herself as an attorney representing the new owners of a business we had sold recently.  I told her I did not feel comfortable talking with her since I did not know her or who she is.  She said she was calling to ask about the tax lien we have on the business.  I explained that I did not know anything about a tax lien on our business.  We do not have a tax lien on the business.

Melissa called saying is was important I call her back regarding an urgent legal matter.  Even left a 'case' number.

We received a phone call today saying they could settle a judgment we have (which we don't)
I told them I didn't know what they were talking about. I asked where they were getting their information and he said from court records.
I asked when this lawsuit was filed and he said July 19, 2013.
His name was MAX LORA from Cain & Daniels.

He basically said sorry I can't give you any more detail if you don't know what I am talking about...goodbye.
