I rec'd a call from this number at 8:30 edt (Boston) area, yet this is suppose to be BofA collections located in CA, which means they called me at 5:30 pacific time? Makes me wonder because the caller said she worked 8am to 5pm (I assume pacific time)! Yes, I am behind in mortgage payments (due to circumstances way beyond my control) and have an attorney handling a modification loan (because BofA would not deal with me). Surely, the right hand does not know what the left is doing. I called and referred them to my attorney. I also offered partial payments until the modification is completed, but they said no...OK then.

Since iPhone upgraded their ios, I can now block BoA! I am refi with a lender at much lower interest rate than BoA offered. I tried a Harp but BoA told me that Bank of New York holds the loan.??? Now I get these calls but they are blocked and deleted. Ha If you have a land line, forward it to your cell and using the blocking function. Unless your digital land line has a blocking feature.

Bank of america  called today claiming that i have a  pass due account on a home loan,i have never had anything to do with bank of america nor will i ever have neither.They left the number phone number 8006696610,but one one answers that line.

These [***] just called me at 5:30 in the morning to "discuss my account" since I am behind in my payments.  I cannot tell you the amount of frustration I have towards B of A.  They are the rudest, most unprofessional and horrible mortgage company that makes it a prerequisite to be a moron in order to be hired there.  Now I guess I will try to go back to sleep.  jerks.  Isn't it illegal to call me that early?  I am on the west coast and they are on the east coast.  But I guess figuring out the time difference and realizing they are calling me at 0'dark 30 just proves my moron theory.
