Male caller asked if he could pay by credit card. Since there was some odd background noise, I asked him what company he was with. Said Discovery Research Group and then wanted to speak with a manager.
So, I told him to sod off and blocked the number.
I would believe this number to be spoofed.

Same as the folks above.  And, our Blue Cross provider was hacked, so I imagine that it is the same scammer using the info they stole from BlueCross.

Had a call from this 801 number.  They asked for my husband, when I asked what it was about she claimed it was about a visit to a doctor that my doctor had been to recently.

I told her he wasn't available.  My husband hasn't been to the doctor either.  Blue Cross must have gotten hacked.

This number just called my cell phone. I DO NOT USE MY CELL PHONE FOR ANYTHING BUT FAMILY, and this number was not on my contact list, so I didn't anwer. No message was left.

I did have Anthem Blue Cross at one time, but I don't believe I ever gave them my cell phone number. Still, I could be mistaken, and it's a possibility that this is connected to the ABC data theft.
