This is a prepaid automated call from PAYTEL COMMUNICATIONS by an inmate in a city or county jail. Pastel COMMUNICATIONS is a carrier for inmates in many city and county jails and I believe state prisons.  Save the number in your contacts and the next time this number CALLS, ANSWER it. You will be able to hear the name of the inmate calling which a machine doesnt catch. Inmates get a one time free one minute call the first time to any phone. At the end of the one minute it will tell you how to set up a paytel account for that inmate. The inmate can also do this with money he has on his books. Erica Dawson

Second time 801-410-7131 called my cell.  Its a recording or a robo caller asking to accept a collect call.  I immediately hang up.  When returning the call, I get a recording the number is not in service.

Received a call today (2/12/16)
Didn't answer, they left no voicemail.
Called back and got an automated message saying it is not in service. Hope this stops.
