called back again today and asked to speak to the owner by name explained he was no longer here asked then to speak to the new owner, I said he's unavailable and that they called a business what is this regarding, caller says confidential matter I said do not call here anymore and place us on your do not call list or I'll report you to FTC, he said no problem and hung up.

"Miami FL" on caller ID.  An unidentified caller (obviously calling from a busy and noisy call center) asks for the owner or co-owner of the business.  When told that the owner is busy and there is no co-owner, the caller immediately hangs up without any further dialogue.
