called back again today and asked to speak to the owner by name explained he was no longer here asked then to speak to the new owner, I said he's unavailable and that they called a business what is this regarding, caller says confidential matter I said do not call here anymore and place us on your do not call list or I'll report you to FTC, he said no problem and hung up.

A lady, with a foreign accent, at first wanted to speak with me by first name. Because it sounded like a boiler room, I asked what she was calling about. Didn't respond to the question then wanted to talk to the owner. Hung up because this was obviously an unsolicited sales call.

Unsolicited annoying call no one speaks right away - obviously going to be a foreigner as usual. Miami but you know they're probably calling from another location. hung up.

Male caller called business and asked for business owner by name.  When I told the caller he was unavailable and asked if he would like to leave a message he stated is was an "urgent confidential matter" and he needed to speak to the business owner (he did know his name). I then stated he was unavailable and I could take a message and he said he couldn't leave a message because "it was confidential". So I asked how he would like to proceed with the phone call and he hung up on me.
