Don't call me again

I was not home, but wouldn't have answered this call.  I get calls when I get home also.  I don't usually turn on the TV, but it must be connected to the internet and my using the computer.  Mine said VOIP call.

They called but I didn't answer since I don't know the number. I am not with Time Warner, they aren't in my area. Lately these calls have increased tenfold for me. I get anywhere from 3-10 calls a day. They are all different numbers and area codes. Nobody ever leaves a message. As soon as I block a number, I get a call from a different number. I am SO SICK of these bottom feeding parasites. I have lost count of how many of these calls I have gotten and blocked.

This is another number used by the Energy Scam people.  No tie to Time Warner.
