Received a call from this telephone number. No message was left. Anonymous callback reached the above mentioned "Press 9 to be put on the Do Not Call List".

I also believe this is tied in with the Time Warner comment made above. I have Time Warner also and the same experiences. They call, wait for a few minutes where I can hear other callers in the background, a few have said "Hello? Hello?" and then they hang up. They immediately call again from another "cloaked" number. Then they wait an hour and call again.  I keep putting these harassing calls on my Block Call List, but they just change  or cloak their numbers. This is an unlisted number on the DNC list and I have insurance, no mortgage etc. So leave me alone. I'd like to see these people heavily fined and put out of business.

It's 11:05 am and I have 10 calls already since 8:00 am and shows that this number is VOIP. I am on the DNC list for the Fed's and for FLORIDA and still get these calls daily.

Keep receiving calls from this number.  I do  not answer them.  They never leave me a message.
