Lady called me asking for a Daniel and i told her she had the wrong number! ten mintues later i have Cops at my house looking for a Daniel i am having a hard time Believing that its a insurance companey

Got a call from this number 763-367-9402 about an hour ago. They left a voice message. It's a very nice lady from my health insurance company, United Behavioral Health, which if I understand correctly (?) is a branch of the Cigna insurance company.  

I initiated the contact about a month ago, and I've spoken with this lady several times since then, as she's trying to find a specialist for me within driving distance of where I live.

But as I read these other comments about this number, it seems that the number is used by other departments or offices, whatever, in the same company, or maybe multiple companies use it?  When you call it, you have to know an extension of the person you want to talk to, but I assume you can also get through to a central office or "operator"?  

If the calls from this number, or any other number, are bothering you, I think it would be a good idea to call your state's Attorney General office, and explain what's going on. They're supposed to help you in this kind of situation.  We get a lot of nuisance calls from vinyl siding companies and garage door companies! :( It can be really upsetting, I understand and I sympathize with everyone who is getting unwanted phone calls especially at distressing times.

Lots of paranoid people here.  This is a valid phone number for a company called Optum Healthcare or United Behavioral Health.  They provide care managment services as part of your Health Insurance-service related to Mental Health, Cardiac Care, Bariatric Surgery, Maternity, etc.  They also call to inform subscribers of programs available-based on medical claims that are submitted to them.  Due to HIPAA privacy laws, they have to verify they are speaking to the correct person before disclosing personal medical information.  
In my instance, they call about every 3 months, related to a surgery I had last year.  They want to make sure I am completing my follow-up and getting all my needed medical services.
Even if you don't know why they are calling you, they don't do unsolicited phone calls-you most likely have a business relationship with them in some capacity.  You can't report them to the FCC until AFTER you ask them not to call and they continue to do so.  Chill out people, not everyone is out to get you.

These insurance companies DO NOT deliver health care. They gather information for the primary purpose of increasing their profits. You should disclose nothing to them beyond what is strictly required in the course of getting your claims paid. Any information they collect through means like these so-called services can be used now or in the future to your detriment. Leave health care to health care providers NOT INSURANCE COMPANIES.

All phones have an extremely useful feature that allows you to terminate such calls by hanging up.

You are right. It was United Behavioral Health calling. Just checking in on my recent medical procedure.
