sketchy-- They do not identify themselves when they call and ask for personal info.

Insurance company doing follow up calls for services. Not a bill collector.

The lady who called me said she was from some outreach program and was referred by my health insurance company.  She wanted me to verify my birthday and address before she'd give me anymore info.  I told her I wasn't going to give her any personal info unless she told me what it was about.  We got nowhere quick so she said she'd not press the issue further and ended the call.  She wasn't rude or persistent, but I'm hesitant to give anyone I don't know my personal info.

Same type call.  Requested personal info for "verification" purposes.  She said they were a partner with our health insurance and are trying to help my wife who is disabled.  My wife asked her to say what they had on file and she would verify.  The lady would not.  My wife called the police to report this scam attempt.
