The number came up "unavailable " I answered with my new standard line "this call is being recorded". The caller hung up!

This is a legitimate caller from United Healthcare - United Behavioral healthcare. 2016 Call today they are the appeals team for providers and/or members who are appealing a claim. They should not ask you for any personal information: they should leave a message with a 1-800 # for a call back, so let it go to VM. IF they don't leave a message ignore it or contact UHC for any appeals you may have sent in. I use to work for UHC and got a call today from this number. OK Caller.

Not a scam. United Healthcare therapist or employee assistance program. I was actually expecting this call but didn't answer because of the unknown number. I'll have to give them a call back, but this one is trusted.
