When told "they," were unavailable. A voice said, "Well, there's no message. I'll just call back later."

Called me asking for someone else, told them wrong number in hopes they would take my number off their list. Instead, the guy went into a spiel asking for donations to the local police department. Pretty sure its not legit though.
