Just got a call from 740 205 1721.  They asked for me by name and just held the line for a while and hung up.  I started a low level trace and fond it to be routed from Lancastor Ohio.
Just going to add it to my call block list.

you should not have to call the Dumb [***] back to get on their not call list
when you are on the Do not call list to begin with. Duhhh

I forward calls like this to a number that has no one taking any messages.  It is a government agency that keeps track of telemarketers calling people on the do not call list.  I was told they wait until the offending party makes a specific amount of calls and then fines them.
