Just got a call from 740 205 1721.  They asked for me by name and just held the line for a while and hung up.  I started a low level trace and fond it to be routed from Lancastor Ohio.
Just going to add it to my call block list.

called at 6:30, I didn't answer. I am so sick of telemarketers and scammers. I really think I may get rid of the landline because of them.

@collette: It doesn't sound like a time warner number. call time warner customer service and check the number with them. I'll bet its a scammer.

Just called, came through as Ohio Call.  Rang until the answering machine picked up, then hung up leaving no message. Ugh!

Received a call this morning from the same number, no message left.  Called the number back and got pre-recorded message from Cancer Treatment Centers,  press 1 to have your number removed from the calling list.
