I have been getting calls from this number several times a week when I answer there is no one there then I just get hung up on. I just called the number back they are collecton scum. It is NCC a division of Commonwealth Financial.

We should have all our freinds call them and treat them the same way. They call and say press 9. Don't identify themselves and I don't know who they are...i blocked their number and you should as well.
Most of all complain to AG.there are rules that they must comply with. Don't accept their calls and do record the conversation and ask for their consent. It is a $10k fine when they violate.

I receive a call from this number daily on my cell and my home phone, no one leaves a message. I am not sure who it is and it is getting annoying. I have only had my home phone for a little over a year. I just want them to stop because they never ask for anything, leave a message, etc. and I don't owe anyone anything. Thank you for the advice to contact the attorney general, something has to make this stop.

I keep receiving calls from this number at my place of business.  When I answer, I am prompted to press a number for English (to which I hang up).  I blocked our number and called back and got a recording that it was NCC, a division of Commonwealth Financial. I just put the call on hold and when about my business for awhile and then hung up. Our hold music is horrible.
