Got a call stating they have a summons to serve either at my home or work place. Gave a case number. Got my first name wrong and when I called and asked what the he** they wanted they hung up on me.....twice...........finally got someone but when I asked how much it was going to take to make it go away the only thing she could say was she was going to sign off on the paperwork for the summons to be sent. The company name was Intel Direct......PLEASE DO NOT give them any information or money...........the summons they claim to have has been going on for at least 3 months. It's not real

Called and left voicemail that important business matter and a case number and they were allowed to contact residence or employer.  Been trying to call for about an hour and a machine picks up saying box is full

Same thing left me a message told me would be serve at home or work place. Gave me a reference number when calling back...then at the end said You have be warned! Yea hah! Bring it on. I believe it is illegal to leave a message...especially pre recorded!

Same [***] the robo call from different numbers every time you block me. They want you to pay a debt that they have no information on and they ask for you to provide the last four digits of your Social Security number because they have the first five. Do not under any circumstances Fall for this.  It's a phishing scam.  Somehow they got my information. I'm assuming they got it from the Internet  or from putting a virus on my phone.  They cannot  officially notify anyone over the phone for a summons! The summons has to be handed to you in person or mailed to you with signature confirmation.

have received 3 calls today starting at 7:58am which is illegal no soliciting, or sales calls to be placed before 8am. Don't care even if it is 2 minutes before. Trying to ask me my ssn# as well as verify my name to tell me they have a summons to give to me.
