Call from this number shows only "Denver" .  Automated recording asks for a last name that I have not used for over 7 years. It is also pronounced wrong, Another Scammer

Automated voice with a person stating that there gonna severe me with a case number not knowing that's it's also a similar scam with same scam with the case number with a different number

Did they have bank account information for you?

Got this one today and last week too.  I called them back and they said they have papers to serve unless "I resolve the debt."  I said no thanks, I'll wait for that summons.

Same [***] the call from different numbers every time you block me her new number. They want you to pay a debt that they have no information on and they ask for you to provide the last four digits of your Social Security number because they have the first five. Do not under any circumstances Fall for this.  It's a phishing scam.  Somehow they got my information. I'm assuming they got it from the Internet  or from putting a virus on my phone.  They cannot  officially notify anyone over the phone for asummons! The summons has to be handed to you in person or mailed to you with signature confirmation.
