This guy with a Indian accent called from this number and said there was a lawsuit against me for a unpaid loan and that I would be served with papers and a warrant for my arrest. I never received a payday loan in my life... I was freaked and thought I was going to jail until I called them back to ask for the info on the case and they hung up in my face... Then I googled the number and found I wasn't the only one who's been harassed

your first clue that this was bogus was when they stated jail time over a loan

I got the same call the man said I owed 526.00 on a loan from cash America from 2008 said I was going to be arrested on Monday he said his name was officer David Watson he said I could take care of it if I paid 300 dollars today I've been done this way twice by this number and another number this is so wrong I really wish these people would stop he even told me to hire a lawyer

I received this same call and freaked out. I have only two pay day loans and they are current. I have had some in the past but years and years ago.  He told me I had to pay 355 today I would be arrested and facing charges for FRAUD! Has anyone been served paperwork? But yet they didnt want to provided me with any paperwork about the supposed debt owed.
