Keep getting harassing calls from this  number.

Stating they are calling from an attorneys office and said I took a cash advance from cash america in the amount of $690.00 which I have never and I can resolve this matter with a $325 one time payment today.  The guy has a thick indian accent and goes by the name shawn.

I got a guy name Carlos White that sounded right off the boat from German.  Funny thing is he told me he had a bench warrant, etc., etc., broke every FDIC rule and when he called me at work -- he called ME at a lawfirm.  I just shook my head.  I'm going to file a complaint with the DA's office for Qeens and Brooklyn and the New York Attorney General.

got a call from a guy today he said his name was mark smith but he talked like he was from Irauq and told me that i had a loan from cash america and it was 1,236.00 and could i pay that today they have called me everyday

I got two phone calls from this number. The guy stated his name was John Raven and he was working for a lawfirm that I could not here on the phone. He stated that if I didn't contact them that I was going to be investigated but again could not here by whom. He sounded like he was from India or somewhere by his accent. He even read off my ss#. I'm pretty sure it is a fraud but not sure what to do. The number is a landlines number from New York. Does anyone have any suggestions on what I should do.
