I got a phone call this morning Hey , is Cynthia avaliable and when i said yes she is speaking the person hung up!!!

They call repeatedly with no answer. SOMETIMES THEY JUST HANG UP!

I just got a call from this number, It left an empty voicemail message. I was on a college credits site a few days ago and this may have something to do with it. i have gotten several calls from colege programs.
hell i dunno....
