Also just received a call from this number. No voicemail. I keep getting these calls from foreign area codes. Must be on some sort of telemarketer's list.

I got a phone call this morning Hey , is Cynthia avaliable and when i said yes she is speaking the person hung up!!!

haha they called me and left a voicemail by error, it wasn`t even a second all that was heard was him or her hanging up.
I bet its those extend your education things. They get the number from job applications.
