This must be a "portable" number that is shared among these people.  Got one today, 8/4/15, concerning the special election In Cumberland County  PA. today (vote for one of two idiots who will replace another idiot who resigned).  Didn't answer but they did leave a message telling me about the meaningless election.

These morons call all the time. I already have an alarm system, AND the fire power to back it up when it goes off. Want to find out if I'm afraid to use it, why don't you come to my door and try to sell me your worthless, unwanted [***]. Bet you would wish you could just hang up then. Only cowards sell over the phone. The Caller ID comes up as "Pennsylvania 717-549-4036."If you won't put your real identity on the caller ID, you shouldn't be allowed to have phone service. The "Do Not Call List" like the government, is a freaking JOKE and the morons who don't abide by it, know it.
