This must be a "portable" number that is shared among these people.  Got one today, 8/4/15, concerning the special election In Cumberland County  PA. today (vote for one of two idiots who will replace another idiot who resigned).  Didn't answer but they did leave a message telling me about the meaningless election.

Just received a call in which he identified himself as "Zack" and then hung up or lost connection.  Didn't state who or what he was calling for.

I received a call with no message.  When I returned to the call and tried to be placed on the do not call list it doesn't work.  It just disconnects.

They call and hang up repeatedly and they also call to sell alarm systems for old people - terms THEY use not me.  All it says on caller ID is Pennsylvania.  I report them every time they call to the do not call list but it gets old.  I want to get an attorney to pursue all of these companies.
