Alexander Marshall threatening lawsuit with same MO as other complaints listed here. Never says what company he is trying to collect debt on behalf of. I have legitimate debt but always know law firm and legit debt collectors tell you what credit card they are collecting for. Not this guy. I have a fatal heart condition - heart Aneursym and afraid these scum will tear my aorta even further and stress will kill me instantly. Not calling them back. Messages always ask for my address- if legit shouldn't my credit card company have that info for them? Not dealing with this scumbag!

I also got a call from an Alexander Marshall at RL Capital. Never said who he was calling for and said I was being non compliant and if I didn't call back I would be turned in. What's fishy is he called from 855-289-0725 and left a number of 716-632-1591 for a call back number. Totally weird if you ask me. Don't know if calling for me or husband. We both have health issues and don't need the stress of the stupid and bogus phone calls. Never gonna answer them and if they keep calling us, I will report them for harassment and they will e the defendants and not me. DON'T ANSWER WHEN THEY CALL AND DON'T GIVE OUT ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION!!!!! TOTAL SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

recieved another call from tracy caldwell about being in litigation for a court case.  again use my name or what it is about, but if i dont call with in 48 hours i will be told i was not compliant with a court order. what ever use my name next time serve me with papers. just stop calling

I kept receiving the same calls everyone is mentioning here. I actually called back today to ask them to stop calling me, we'll see if that actually works.....I reported them to the FTC, but not sure how much good that will do. I wish there was a better way to stop these scammers.

I find it humorous that they have called my cell phone about 5 times now and have stated each time that this is their "FINAL WARNING" or "FINAL PHONE CALL" on my voicemail and supposedly I am being "UNCOOPERATIVE". They are extremely rude! First, I don't have anything outstanding. EVERYTHING is paid in full and I have the credit report to prove it. Second, if it's a "final warning", then why the f***k are you still calling???!!!! Get on with it! If you are so badass and think that you actually have something, then take it to court! See how far you get with your scam! Third, it's against the law for them to leave voicemails of a confidential nature anyway so they are breaking the law there because I don't even have my name on my voicemail or my own voice so how do they know they even have the right person??!!! Not to mention how they think they are high and mighty by talking down to people on voicemail no less! And when I have tried to call them back to have my number removed from their list, they don't answer anyway. I am thinking every person at that company (especially MARK) needs to get laid! His life must really suck! Don't they know that if you really want something in life, you are better off being nice instead of downgrading people?? I also found that they are definitely in some hot water legally due to their scams and they are NOT BBB Accredited by any means. In fact, they have SEVERAL BBB Complaints against them. They have at least 4 known numbers that I have seen. 716-632-1591, 716-332-6413, 855-289-0725, 855-208-7341. And I am sure there are more!
