Alexander Marshall threatening lawsuit with same MO as other complaints listed here. Never says what company he is trying to collect debt on behalf of. I have legitimate debt but always know law firm and legit debt collectors tell you what credit card they are collecting for. Not this guy. I have a fatal heart condition - heart Aneursym and afraid these scum will tear my aorta even further and stress will kill me instantly. Not calling them back. Messages always ask for my address- if legit shouldn't my credit card company have that info for them? Not dealing with this scumbag!

Receive numerous calls from R&L Capital in reference to an ACH withdrawal.  Who are these people and why do they call multiple times per day.  I am not delinquent on any bills nor have I ever been deliquent.

R and L Capital....total scam, never leave the name of the person that they are looking for...they want you to give them your social security number as identification....NOT HAPPENING. If they are legitimate debt collectors, they would mail you something instead of trying phish for information. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION.

This is a good one.,,, called tonight at 8PM from a Lydi Szafranski 716-632-1591.   I actually answered as I had been reading these notes based on the fact that they called yesterday.
ANYHOW. got the looped recorded message stating that if they didn't hear back from me by 6PM (two hours ago) there would be serious issues.  The recorded loop was the "steve" guy said I needed to call 855-269-6470.  

So even if you answer you get the recorded loop saying you are being uncoperative.

I've gotten several calls but I don't answer any calls if I don't know who they are. Decided I would research the number and here I am. Thanks for all the posts they have now been reported.

I just received another call from these people on my CELL phone!  They don't ask for me by name and they don't leave any indication what it is about.  I am reporting them to the FTC and the BBB.
