Same exact message. Except cutting in and out as the person was using a VOIP. Clear scam.

IRS posted that have had 90,000 complaints about this scam man

My mother received a call. When I called the number back I recognized it was the same voice now claiming to be a different officer with IRS. When I said geez you sound exactly like officer so and so he said he was his boss and got indignant. It went down hill from there lol! He said when they come to arrest my *Momma* I can tell them he sounds like officer Brian.....
