I receive numerous phone calls from oracle financial group for a debt I didn't do. They harass me at work and on my cell. Help.

These people are simply pathetic. They call several times a day leaving automated messages saying that Legal Claims have been filed against you and that you have 24 hours to respond or else. Or that they have filed charged in your local county and to give them a call back. At one point and time you may have actually received a payday loan from a legitimate company and paid it back, but these people have a way of getting your information one way or another and trying to scam you out of a debt that you've already paid. Don't believe them and definitely don't pay. They even go as far as calling relatives, its pathetic and they really need to be stopped. Be informed!!!

Read what CWG40 posted above.  Print this thread out and give to your HR Dept and/or your manager, so they know you're being harassed by scammers.  Your employer may also be able to get their telecom provider to block the numbers at work.  For your cell phone, if you don't have a call block feature, you can download an app to block these calls.

My calls keep coming from oracle Financial Group  the number I have is 716 242 3494 and the payday loan they say I received was deposited in a bank account has been closed for several years

Got a call today stating they're going to serve me with a warrant, and a felony bad check charge for my payday loan. I was clueless and paid half of my debt. Now I am learning they are scammers.

Now what do I do? Did they steal my money or will the people I owed this to receive it?
