I came home from work and had a message from this woman stating that I had to call this number and gave me this phone number to call back on.   something about being a state and legal problem and I had to use this case number she gave me.  Then she said I had to call back before they started legal action.  My boss told me if if was legal action, they would contact me by mail and not leave a message on the  phone.  Apparently this is a scam, so i just didn't call it back.  She didn't give a company or even an lawyers name.  if it was a legal situation, they would of at least given the name of the lawyer or attorneys office name.

I don't believe you either.  One thing you better believe--this Oracle group is riding for a fall and if you are a part of it (which I think you are) I'd get myself a legitimate job real soon.

I received a vm jan 7th from a joanne smith with oracle group llc who stated she was attempting to file a fraud on my social security number from a past due cash advance from check into cash. Today I called back and she told me three lawyers where taking judgement against me and going to fine me 3000 dollars as well. The thing is I do owe them money so im wondering how this person got my info. I told her I was unemployeed which I am and she told me then I qualified for the hardship and would only have to pay 200 a month. When asked how a small balance became that big she changed the subject. I told her id have to fiqure it out and call her back she stated the lawyers informed her I had been employeed within the month and I told her hell id like to know where cause I aint. She preceed to tell me I wouldnt have called her if I didnt have money. I told her she was claimming fraud so id like to know what she was even talking about. She then told the offer stood for 24 hours and then legal action would be taken and hung up.

I DONT BELIEVE YOU EITHER!!! BUT I TELL U WHAT IMA FIND OUT HOW U GOT MY INFO. YOU JUST HAVE NO CLUE THAT YOU TRIED TO SCAM THE WRONG ONE!!! SEE MOST OF US AINT AS DUMB AS YOU. CALL MY PHONE AGAIN I DARE YOU!!!
