This is a common ploy by criminals masquerading as debt collectors who are attempting to extort money from people by scaring you into believing that you will be criminally charged, go to jail, lose your driver’s license, have wages garnished, be sued, and a variety of other variations on this,  all for an alleged or nonexistent debt.  One of the tricks they use is to call your work place, friends, or relatives repeatedly in an attempt to shame you into paying.  They also use the “process server” ruse who calls and claims he is going to serve you, but then says you could avoid it by calling another number

It's pretty simple...you have a bill in collections  or a check you wrote that did that did not clear. Jackman is from a company called NRG. Call the guy back and get it taken care of. You arnt in any trouble unless you avoid his calls.

Or, more than likely, it's a scam and someone is trying to steal your money.  A LEGITIMATE debt collector MAILS proof of a debt and doesn't resort to threats.
By the way, if you know who this Jackman is and who this number belongs to, why are you here? this is a website to help identify unknown phone numbers.

Well even if that person avoids his calls he wouldn't be in any trouble.  Since you know so much about this bunch of debt collectors why don't you tell us their legal name and address so we can check them out for ourselves.  If you knew who this number belonged to why would you look it up to begin with?
