Sounded like Russians/Eastern Euorpeans.  Horrible English accents.  Another fake home security fraudster. Was able to waste a good 10 minutes of their time.  They finally hung up when I asked what security company would actually be doing the monitoring.

NOT LEGITIMATE.  SCAM.  Telemarketer claimed the company was called "Home Security Technologies" in Texas and they were selling ADT home security systems.  This is a scam or it is a company that is looking for leads and they provide the leads to a legitimate company.  They are operating illegally under the federal and state telemarketing laws.   I called their number and it said "leave a message."
