is a recording so no info to go after them. they call every 3 days. getting afraid to answer the damn phone if i do not recognize number.

Yes, I only enjoy these calls when either it's a man's voice  saying "This is Barbara" , or before I started ignoring any numbers I did not recognize. ( 4 calls today on my cell even tho I'm on the do not call list...And the number of calls has increased since I signed up for that list !   Must be run by the TSA ! )

I used to press the number to  be connected, and either waste their time for a while and then, or just up front,  tell them they worked for a company that violated the Do Not Call List, but I was so often cursed at by the person I spoke with I gave up that idea.

It would be nice to shut these places down. It's not only illegal under federal law, but also the laws of the state I live in.

got robocall from 712-455-8402 caller ID said "WHITTIER........IA" on Friday 04-11-14 @ 1255 PM

Just 5 minutes earlier got SCAM Free Caribbean Cruise robocall from 646-265-8678 caller ID said "NEW YORK" on Friday 04-11-14 @ 1250 PM

the message supposedly from Whittier IA had a males voice and said his name was "Barbara" from Card member Services wanting to lower my interest rate to as low as 4.9%.......Pressed 1 and got a male and he asked "did U press 1 to lower your rates." I then called him a nasty expletive and gave him several blasts with the "SCAMMER HORN". Went back to ask him how he liked it and he was gone.

i have noticed that when i order something from the internet that the calls start happening shortly after that and usually taper down after a week or so . with this in mind i think a phone number is somehow connected to the internet and ordering something online . i don't know how or why but that is what i think it has to do with
