This one is a familiar sounding recording from  " Scott" offering a chance to lower credit card interest rate through the non profit he works with.  

This call came  on my cell phone which was connected to my car media via Bluetooth, so I did not scrutinize the number begone I hit the button to accept the call.

Silly me.

Card Services scam new robo call message for tax time

Unknown # so didn't answer.  Call was on my cell.

I am trying to sell something on line and I received a call from this number.  I didn't answer it and they didn't leave a voice mail.  Probably a good indication that it was a scam so I looked the number up on google and found this site...

and when you try to call that number, it tells you that this number is no longer in service.
