Respect people's privacy and treat others how you want to be treated. If someone asks to not be called, don't call them. If someone says they are not going to pay, quit asking. Lastly, if you don't like what you're hearing, don't just hang up on the person.. since you know you'll eventually call them back. Kindly say "good bye" and honor your CUSTOMER'S request.
Solace Financial really needs to invest in customer service classes for their "customer service" reps, they are not as educated or well-mannered as they should be. Especially when they're attempting to collect $$$$.
