I just received a call from this number earlier today and just getting around to hearing the message. It was an automated message saying that it was the IRS and that there is a lawsuit filed against me by the IRS! I called back as well and no answer.

I received a call from 703-879-6513 stating they were IRS regarding a lawsuit I called the number back this is definitely a SCAM

Same with me. I asked for his name and employee ID number and he said their was no reason I need that. Obviously a scam and not a good one. IRS taking a law suite against me and if I give him money I will not go to jail....yea right...lol

Just spoke to someone from that number who threatened me about going to jail for felony tax fraud. She had an old address and couldn't explain why they didn't have an updated address for me even when I have filed every year and provided a current address.
