This number called saying i had 3 felonies.  They said i had 30 minutes to call bacj or the judge signed thw warrent.  They knew our address after we lived here 7 days!   Freaking out,  i paid 900 dollar.  After research,  its a collection agencies NOT a court. We are filing charges right now.

Yeah its a payday loan collection scam.Saying that there were felony charges pending for check fraud or some such. The charges a re never valid. Scared me too first time I got called by one of these.

Recieved call threating felony charges in my county in florida.they never mention who they are just the name of angela...never left charges for what nada.....i look online to see it may be a scam...they seem to try this every other year

They called saying I needed to pay 876.92 her name was Angela Silvers said I had 24 hours to pay or was being charged with felony

Debt is CIVIL, not CRIMINAL
