They have your address and SSN? Well, good. There's no excuse to avoid postal mail, then. An honest debt collector would have sent your required dunning letter by now, as already mentioned by Wolfman up there, and likely would have used your SSN for a credit report pull and seen that you are not "running from your problems". Thugs like these "Imapct" dregs tell you a paper trail "can't be done" because it's mostly true. Typically they don't have one scrap of paper which proves the claim.
Ideally you would paint a location within the US for the creeps, then send via USPS Certified a cease-communication letter or a demand for validation as appropriate, the best possible means of asserting your rights early in the game. Then if you verify a domestic address, you have a place to accept your Summons and Complaint for FDCPA violations. Other remarks here suggest the ideal response will be frustrated by an operation working behind international borders.
See if you can have relatives and co-workers cooperate in gathering information and audio recordings for you, once it's made clear to them that you're not to blame for illegal calls from hostile lawbreakers. They are being used and agitated in order to shame you into playing into the hands of frauds. Like you, they should all be telling the creeps to "stop calling here, we can't help you". FDCPA says they must stop. They might do so if it's clear that no one is intimidated by their antics.
Meantime there is nothing keeping you from sending your story to the CFPB, FTC, and your state attorney general. They may not get you personal satisfaction, but you will be helping others plagued by the same crooks. I won't get into call blocking methods, but they're another option if all the direct approaches fail.
