these people keep calling and calling and calling,,,,,do not answer as it is a sales solicitiation

I just received a similar call from the same number (650) 262‑190‍6, except his name is now Jim Martin.  He asked if I needed any work done around the house and he told me he spoke to me in the spring and I asked him to call back.  I told him we do not need ANY work done on our house and that I'm 100% certain I wouldn't have asked him to call back.  I asked him to take us off his calling list and he said "No can do!" and hung up.  Extremely rude. I've now blocked this number and I was already on the no call list.  He did address me by my last name.

Another call from this number. A voice in the background, very faint but it sounded like he asked by name. No response when I said I couldn't hear. I usually don't answer until I recognize number but was expecting another call and ID didn't show up.
I have asked this number not to call when he previously called.

This person called my number, suspecting that it was a land line, even though it has been a cell number for almost four years now.  No message was left and when I called back the number had been changed.  This person, whoever he (she?) may be, is not worth the time of day.
