A recording saying it was the IRS and there is a lawsuit filed against me. I called back questioning if this was legitimate and why I did not receive a letter. I was given a claim number & told there were 5 years of discrepancies between what I filed and what went through my accounts. When I started laughing he hung up!

I received several calls from this number, leaving no voicemail. I answered one call to see what it involved and heard a recording msg that it was a call from the IRS so I hung up (as we all know the IRS will never call you directly). They will mail a notice with a phone number to have you call them. Even then will they never call you back but only send follow up correspondence by mail. This is a scam.

Received 4 calls from them today saying it's the IRS.  These people belong in jail.

Also got 2 voicemails from this number saying the IRS was filing a lawsuit against me. Figure if they really were they'd have a person call me instead of something that sounds like a degenerate SIRI, or they'd send a letter like everyone else has claimed. Just another scam. Blocked the number.
