Message left saying it was the IRS and they were going to sue me. First I've heard anything from the IRS. I figure its a scam designed to get you to call back, which I did not do.

I received call saying same thing. To my knowledge IRS do not call they just send letters. I do not answer unknown numbers and would not call them back.

Called my landline three times and left messages claiming they were the IRS filing a  lawsuit against me.  No letters or any other contact from IRS. I think its a scam. I will not call back. If they want to contact me,  they can write me like they usually do.

A recording saying it was the IRS and there is a lawsuit filed against me. I called back questioning if this was legitimate and why I did not receive a letter. I was given a claim number & told there were 5 years of discrepancies between what I filed and what went through my accounts. When I started laughing he hung up!

i have blocked this number but continue to receive calls (automated) saying it is the IRS - officially informing filing lawsuit.

I keep blocking the number, but it keeps getting thru.
