This is a scam. They said they were a law office and I would go to jail if I didn't send them money by western union. My lawyer confirmed it is a scam and I have reported them to the ftc. I am waiting to hear back from the state attorney generals office.

I received a call and when from 646-604-0969, when I asked if he could send me the information that I needed in order to figure this out. He told me he would call my employer, which he knew the name, and papers would be filed against me. This was on a payday loan that I supposedly took out, and he was also able to tell me the name of my bank. Has anyone else had someone know that much information about them?

He wouldn't give me any other information. I called him several times and he kept hanging up on me. I pray this is a scam

This same thing has happened to me from these same people I have allready paid 1750.00 dollars to them.They threatened to take out papers on me on  a pay day loan I was susppose to have taken out years ago that i never heard of. i couldn't remember if i had or not so i paid them now they are calling for me to pay for another loan i am suspose to have taken out years ago i reported them and was told to call the Federal Trade commission at 1-877-382-4357 and report that number to them and tell them what has happened.This is a scam.The sorry suckers that's being polite

I got a call from these people saying I owed for a payday loan I took out years ago that I don't really remember taking out from them.I ended up paying them $1,750.00 to keep from being sewed they said. now they have called me back to say that i owe for another one i have no intention on paying again.This is a scam I talked to a Mr.Knox .Please be aware

I had the same guy steve knox tell me I was being sued for a payday loan from 4 years ago. He was unable to tell me the company due to liability. HE said the only way to stop this was to pay them over a 1000 dollars. He laughed when i questioned if it was a scam. Then when i said i didnt have the money he said there is nothing further i can do for you good luck. So now I'm just waiting to get those so called papers in the mail for me being sued!!! Worthless [***] I really thought it was for real.
