I was called by a law comany USCA stating that I owe an loan that was unpaid and that papers were being filed and that I would have to speak to Steve Knox in arbitration .I was then told he wasnt available and I was speaking to another lawyer named Simon.. I was told my costs was 5400 that the settlement would be 1295 and I would have to pay half

It is a scam. Don't fall for it. Tell them to take you to court. Go to the police station and file harrasment report. Report them to all legal agenies that you can find online.

Received call, voice mail, at 1:00 PM today, 11/5/15, from a male, stated the very second I received this, he needed for me to return his call right away.  His phone #646-604-0969.  If he does not received any kind of responses from my side, then I will be the only one responsible for legal consequences, as this situation is forced on me.  Good bye and may God bless you.  First, this man did not leave his name or the name of the company.  He did not even ask for me by my name.  I know for a fact that they are scammers because I was a victim but at a phone #646-604-0970.  I have dealt with a Liam Knox, head attorney and Simon Syms, attorney, and by reading this site, I noticed that they are back at it again.

I got a message from a guy name Simon at 6466040969 telling me to send a letter also to Stev ed Knox about paying  half and I won't go to jail

Just received the same call from Jason Clark - It is didn't call back he wish me good look with the terrible things that will happen to me.  I wish the government would do something about these SCAMS.
