Here's the deal. These people bought out direct loans, so if you get a call from them, it transferred over from direct loans

I keep getting calls from this person but I have never done anything to get a loan or even asked about it. They keep calling to tell office hours and to call back. I don't answer if I don't know the number.

Why do you call day and night? No reason I should get a call you whoever you are!!!! Stop bothering me!

I keep getting calls from 632 532 0600. When I answer there is no one no message. Whoever is calling he/she must have nothing better to do. Stop bothering innocent citizen and go out find a job or do volunteer work. If you are an drug addict, try to get help from a local charity organization. Live a life more purposefully. God loves!

Call from 636-532-0600 left a message saying they were Mohela.  Never heard of them.  Since it wasn't a robocall, it was an actual person, who carefully and clearly left a call back number and their hours, I called them.  866-770-4704 was the call back number.  The person I spoke with simply asked for my account number.  When I said I didn't have one, and didn't know who they were he was quick to pick up on the fact they were calling the wrong place.  He gave me the name of the person they were looking for, didn't argue when I said I'd never heard of her, said they would remove our number from the account.  He was very nice.  Hope he did what he said he would.
