call type: student loan debt scam

Called my land line on 4/13 as "Market Place" and my cell phone just now (4/15) "no name".  I answered both calls but no one was on the other end.

Caller ID Market Place, no message.  Called back and got a recording of a woman's voice that said " thanks for calling, if you'de like to be placed on the no call list for the number that called you press one now". She didn't identify who called.
