Add another scam call on the pile.  Call initiated from a local number but requests a callback to 618-216-1501.
Last scam call attempted to speak names using a synthesized voice to legitimize the call.  Tactic employed this time { given the name speech was horrible } is to "speak" a case number instead.

Got the Thomas Blackburn call in a voicemail on the morning of August 26. Same as others report--telling me to call re a legal matter that can result in wage garnishment or a civil judgment, and instructing me to call 618-216-1501 within 24 hours and leaving a reference number.

I got the exact same message, only it was for my son.  Have blocked these calls but they can still leave these annoying voice mails.
