Seriously tired of scammers.  I keep track of all of them who call.  So in 7/2015, I got a call from "Thomas Bates."  Today, I got the exact same message, except from a "Thomas Blackburn."  Really?!  Sorry, but not buying it, or returning your call.

To be filed against you within the next 24 hours to make your statement against this claim which could result in garnishment for civil judgment. You must contact Thomas Blackman at 618-216-1501. Reference your case number 11084124 immediate assistance please press one."
I have rec'd calls from this number..So i took liberty to return his calls..which the person who called..was rude..and stated that it's business..but it came from a 801. area code number..

Yea same names Thomas Blackburn...cival judgement crap. The sad part is that someone will fall for it and give them their bank account info.

I also got the same message as everyone else. How can we get them to stop. These scammers must be making money or they wouldn't continue to call with these threatening msgs.
